Our versatile intimate indoor and outdoor farm estate sets the stage for your wedding overlooking beautiful Puget Sound with picturesque photo opportunities along with sunset views in the heart of Puget Sound.
INDOOR UP TO 40 GUESTS
Enjoy the breathtaking view of Puget Sound while dining with your guests in this intimate wedding and reception space. Joyland dining room can be arranged to hold wedding parties for up to 40 guests. Indoor space can be converted from a ceremony style with fold up chairs to a truly intimate dining experience. From round to rectangular table sets for 4 to 8 people, we provide tables and chairs and setup. Joyland catering partners offer table or buffet service in the dining room. Following dinner, guests can leisurely move the reception outdoors to the pavilion or stay indoors with your party afterwards.
OUTDOOR
Seasonally (June - August). Tucked into the natural beauty of Joyland Farm, our outdoor private estate is designed for intimate celebrations and meaningful moments. Perfect for micro weddings, the space offers a relaxed, romantic setting where couples can gather with their closest loved ones and celebrate surrounded by open skies, seasonal blooms, and the quiet charm of the countryside. Every detail feels personal, unhurried, and thoughtfully connected to nature.

OUTDOOR Up 25 Guests
Seasonally (June-September) If you are looking for a smaller intimate venue up to 25 guests, both our farm and SweetHome location offers a classic and elegant open-air atmosphere, and breathtaking Seattle cityscape views. Enjoy a backyard wedding at this 2.7 acre property with gardens and cityscape views. Please inquire for services and accommodation below.
